- 300g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Ingredients: Flavouring
- Basil Pesto
- Red Pepper Pesto
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Ingredients: Garnish & Styling
- Fresh Thyme
- Edible Flowers
- Pistachios
- Micro Herbs
- Gold Leaf
Ingredients: To Serve
- Crackers
- Breadsticks
Tools Needed:
- Easel
- Canvas Board
- Cling Wrap
- Palette Knife
Method:
- Cling wrap the canvas board & set aside.
- Divide the cream cheese into 3 x bowls.
- Mix one bowl with basil pesto.
- Mix one bowl with red pepper pesto.
- Season the third bowl with salt & black pepper.
- Using a palette knife, assemble as per your design.
- Garnish with thyme, edible flowers, pistachios, micro herbs & gold leaf.
- Serve with crackers & breadsticks.
