The perfect blend of cheesecake & bakhlava that will elevate your dessert table!
Ingredients
- 1 x Phyllo Roll
- 100g Butter
- 250g Vanilla Biscuits
- 250g Cream Cheese
- 1 tin Condensed milk
- 250ml Fresh Cream
- 1 tblsp. Vanilla Essence
- 1 tblsp. Flour
- 1 tblsp. Lemon Juice
For Serving
- Caramel Sauce
- Pistachio’s (chopped fine)
- Edible Roses
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 160˚.
- Roll out the phyllo pastry & cut into thin strips.
- Place into a cheesecake pan.
- Mix the butter & biscuits together & place into the pan.
- Mix the balance of ingredients together& whisk well.
- Pour into the phyllo roll.
- Bake on 160˚ for 15-20 minutes till golden.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Decorate with caramel sauce, pistachio & edible roses.
