Cream Filling Ingredients

- 200g Cream Cheese
- 1tsp. Vanilla Essence
- 60g Icing Sugar
- 2 cups Fresh Cream
- 1 punnet Strawberries
- 1 pack Lotus Biscuits
Decoration Ingredients
- Fresh Cream
- Lotus Sauce
- Strawberries
Method
- Beat together the cream cheese, vanilla essence, icing sugar & fresh cream.
- Lay the biscuits, in a row, on a plastic wrap. (seen in the IG Live)
- Smear half the cream filling over.
- Lay most of the strawberries down the centre line of the biscuits. (Keeping a few strawberries for decoration).
- 5. Smear the leftover cream.
- Fold the dessert into a triangle.
- Refrigerate till set.
- Cover with fresh cream, drizzle with lotus sauce.
- Decorate with strawberries.
