Juicy strawberries meet sweet Biscoff for an irresistible duo

Cream Filling Ingredients
    • 200g Cream Cheese
    • 1tsp. Vanilla Essence
    • 60g Icing Sugar
    • 2 cups Fresh Cream
    • 1 punnet Strawberries
    • 1 pack Lotus Biscuits
Decoration Ingredients
  • Fresh Cream
  • Lotus Sauce
  • Strawberries
Method
  1. Beat together the cream cheese, vanilla essence, icing sugar & fresh cream.
  2. Lay the biscuits, in a row, on a plastic wrap. (seen in the IG Live)
  3. Smear half the cream filling over.
  4. Lay most of the strawberries down the centre line of the biscuits. (Keeping a few strawberries for decoration).
  5. 5. Smear the leftover cream.
  6. Fold the dessert into a triangle.
  7. Refrigerate till set.
  8. Cover with fresh cream, drizzle with lotus sauce.
  9. Decorate with strawberries.
