Biscomissu (Lotus Biscoff Tiramisu)

Rich & creamy Lotus tiramisu topped with biscoff
Ingredients
  • 600ml Cream
  • 1 packet Boudior Biscuits
  • 1 tub mascapone
  • 2 tblsp. Castor Sugar
  • 1 tblsp. Vanilla Essence
  • 1 cup milk with 2 tsp coffee
  • 1 cup lotus spread
  • Lotus Biscuit for decoration
Method
  1. Whip cream, mascarpone, sugar & vanilla until stiff.
  2. Melt the lotus spread & place in a piping bag.
  3. Heat the milk & add in the coffee.
  4. Dip the biscuits in the coffee mix & layer.
  5. First the biscuit, then the cream layer, lastly the lotus sauce
  6. Repeat & refrigerate
