Rich & creamy Lotus tiramisu topped with biscoff
- 600ml Cream
- 1 packet Boudior Biscuits
- 1 tub mascapone
- 2 tblsp. Castor Sugar
- 1 tblsp. Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup milk with 2 tsp coffee
- 1 cup lotus spread
- Lotus Biscuit for decoration
- Whip cream, mascarpone, sugar & vanilla until stiff.
- Melt the lotus spread & place in a piping bag.
- Heat the milk & add in the coffee.
- Dip the biscuits in the coffee mix & layer.
- First the biscuit, then the cream layer, lastly the lotus sauce
- Repeat & refrigerate
