Home » Cheesy Garlic Bundt
Soft, golden rolls with a gooey, cheesy centre.
Ingredients: Dough
- 80ml Milk
- ½ tblsp. Sugar
- 5g Yeast
- 1 Egg
- 180g Bread
- 30g Flour (or plain flour)
- Pinch Butter (melted) Salt
Ingredients: Filling
- 70g Salted Butter (softened)
- 30g Garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. Italian Herbs
- 70g Mozzarella
Method: Dough
- Warm your milk in the microwave.
- Add the sugar & the yeast. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- Whisk the egg into the milk mix.
- Add in the flour & mix until a dough starts to form.
- Add the melted butter, salt & mix into a dough (You may need to add flour to make a soft dough).
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes till smooth.
- Place in an oiled bowl & allow to rise for 30 minutes.
- Mix all filling ingredients together in a separate bowl & set aside.
Method: Assembly
- Divide the dough into 12 x balls.
- Flatten each ball into the palm of your hand.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the centre & pinch to form a ball.
- Place this into a greased pan & allow to rise for 15 minutes.
- Bake on 180 degrees till golden.
- Serve warm.
