Cheesy Garlic Bundt

Soft, golden rolls with a gooey, cheesy centre.

 

Ingredients: Dough
  • 80ml Milk
  • ½ tblsp. Sugar
  • 5g Yeast
  • 1 Egg
  • 180g Bread
  • 30g Flour (or plain flour)
  • Pinch Butter (melted) Salt
Ingredients: Filling
  • 70g Salted Butter (softened)
  • 30g Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp. Italian Herbs
  • 70g Mozzarella

 

Method: Dough
  1. Warm your milk in the microwave.
  2. Add the sugar & the yeast. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk the egg into the milk mix.
  4. Add in the flour & mix until a dough starts to form.
  5. Add the melted butter, salt & mix into a dough (You may need to add flour to make a soft dough).
  6. Knead the dough for 10 minutes till smooth.
  7. Place in an oiled bowl & allow to rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Mix all filling ingredients together in a separate bowl & set aside.
Method: Assembly
  1. Divide the dough into 12 x balls.
  2. Flatten each ball into the palm of your hand.
  3. Place a teaspoon of filling in the centre & pinch to form a ball.
  4. Place this into a greased pan & allow to rise for 15 minutes.
  5. Bake on 180 degrees till golden.
  6. Serve warm.
