A tasty twist on traditional garlic bread!

Butter Mix Ingredients
- ¼ cup Butter
- 4 tsp. Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- 1 pack Phyllo Pastry
- 200g Cheddar Cheese (grated )
- Rosemary
Custard Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 150ml Milk
- Salt
- Black Pepper (Freshly Ground)
- 3 tsp. Garlic (crushed)
Method
- Mix all the custard ingredients together & set aside.
- Pre-heat oven to 180˚.
- Line your dish with olive oil.
- Mix together butter, crushed garlic, oregano, salt & black pepper.
- Fold the sheets, as shown in the Instagram LIVE & shape into a coil.
- Place this into your greased dish.
- Brush the folded sheets with the butter mix.
- Bake till golden in colour.
- Remove from oven & sprinkle the cheddar cheese over.
- Pour over the custard mix & garnish with rosemary.
- Bake for a further 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool & serve with your choice of dips.
