Chocolate & Caramel Marble Loaf (with Sour Cream)

 Rich butter loaf cake with swirls of chocolate & caramel
Ingredients
  • 170g Butter
  • 300g Sugar
  • 50g Chocolate (melted)
  • 80g Caramel Sauce
  • 3 Eggs
  • 220g Flour
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
  • 125ml Sour Cream
  • 1 tblsp. Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Essence
Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Line a tin with greaseproof paper.
  3. Beat the eggs & sugar in.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time.
  5. Add in the sour cream, flour, salt & baking powder.
  6. Divide the mix into three.
  7. Place cocoa & chocolate in one & mix well.
  8. Place the vanilla essence in another & mix well.
  9. Place the caramel treat in the third & mix well.
  10. Drop spoonful’s into the tin & alternate the colours.
  11. Bake till a skewer comes out clean.
