Perfect for entertaining during Ramadaan.
Ingredients: Caramelised Onion Dip
- 1 tblsp. Butter
- 1 tblsp. Sunflower Oil
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 200g Cream Cheese
- 2 tblsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Garlic (crushed)
- 2 tblsp. Chives (chopped)
- 1 tblsp. Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tblsp. Gherkins (chopped)
Method: Caramelised Onion Dip

Heat the butter & oil in a pan.

Add in the sliced onions & cook till browned.

Allow to cool & add in the balance of ingredients.

Season with Salt & Black Pepper.
Ingredients: Avocado Crema Dip
- 2 Avocados (smashed)
- ¼ cups Dhania (chopped)
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 tsp. Garlic (crushed)
- 2 tblsp. Yoghurt
Method: Avocado Crema Dip

Smash the avocado with a fork or blender.

Add in the balance of ingredients.

Season with Salt & Black Pepper.

Drizzle with Olive Oil & Paprika.
Ingredients: Pica De Gallo
- 500g Tomato (fresh & chopped fine)
- 1 Red Onion (chopped fine)
- ½ cup Parsley (chopped)
- Juice of 2 limes
Method: Pica De Gallo
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Season with Salt & Black Pepper.
