Soft flour rolls filled with feta & olives
Ingredients (Dough)
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 tblsp. Yeast
- 1 tblsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ¼ cup Helios Sunflower Oil
- 1 cup Warm Water
Ingredients (Filling)
- Olives (pitted)
- Feta (cubes)
Ingredients (To serve)
- Olives (pitted)
- Feta (cubes)
Method (Potato Filling)
- Labne
- Marinated Olives
- Cucumber
Method (Dough)
- Mix all the dough ingredients together.
- Knead it till it forms a soft dough.
- Leave it to rest for 30 minutes.
- Then fill with Olives & Feta & make into small balls.
- Let it rest for another 15 minutes.
- Brush the top with milk or egg & sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake on 180 degrees till golden.
- Serve with Labne, Marinated Olives & Cucumber.
