Palette De Fleur

Home » Palette De Fleur

A savoury edible “art piece” made with creamy textures, bold flavours & delicate floral finishes.
Ingredients: Base
  • 300g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Ingredients: Flavouring
  • Basil Pesto
  • Red Pepper Pesto
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
Ingredients: Garnish & Styling
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Edible Flowers
  • Pistachios
  • Micro Herbs
  • Gold Leaf
Ingredients: To Serve
  • Crackers
  • Breadsticks
Tools Needed:
  • Easel
  • Canvas Board
  • Cling Wrap
  • Palette Knife
Method: 
  1. Cling wrap the canvas board & set aside.
  2. Divide the cream cheese into 3 x bowls.
  3. Mix one bowl with basil pesto.
  4. Mix one bowl with red pepper pesto.
  5. Season the third bowl with salt & black pepper.
  6. Using a palette knife, assemble as per your design.
  7. Garnish with thyme, edible flowers, pistachios, micro herbs & gold leaf.
  8. Serve with crackers & breadsticks.
