Paneer & Coriander Vada

Indian street food topped with sev
Ingredients (Bagia)
  • 400g Chohans Bagia Mix
  • 1 packet Paneer
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup Dhania (chopped)
  • ½ tin Chickpeas
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
Ingredients (Yoghurt)
  • 500m Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp. Cumin Powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 2 tblsp. Dhania (chopped)
Ingredients (Topping)
  • 2 tblsp. Dhania Chutney
  • 2 tblsp. Chilli Sauce
  • 1 packet Sev & Nuts
  • Sprinkle of Crushed Chillies
  • 1 tblsp. Dhania (chopped)
Method
  1. Mix together the chohans Bagia mix together with: Paneer, Onion, Dhania & chickpeas.
  2. Season with salt & black pepper.
  3. Make a thick batter with water.
  4. Deep fry & place in a serving bowl.
  5. Mix together the yoghurt, cumin, dhania, salt & black pepper.
  6. Top the Bagias with the yoghurt mix.
  7. Top with Dhania Chutney, Chilli sauce, sprinkle of chilli flakes & sev.
  8. Garnish with chopped dhania.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. Optional: Sprinkle with pomegranate.
