Indian street food topped with sev
Ingredients (Bagia)
- 400g Chohans Bagia Mix
- 1 packet Paneer
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- ½ cup Dhania (chopped)
- ½ tin Chickpeas
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Ingredients (Yoghurt)
- 500m Plain Yoghurt
- 1 tsp. Cumin Powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 2 tblsp. Dhania (chopped)
Ingredients (Topping)
- 2 tblsp. Dhania Chutney
- 2 tblsp. Chilli Sauce
- 1 packet Sev & Nuts
- Sprinkle of Crushed Chillies
- 1 tblsp. Dhania (chopped)
Method
- Mix together the chohans Bagia mix together with: Paneer, Onion, Dhania & chickpeas.
- Season with salt & black pepper.
- Make a thick batter with water.
- Deep fry & place in a serving bowl.
- Mix together the yoghurt, cumin, dhania, salt & black pepper.
- Top the Bagias with the yoghurt mix.
- Top with Dhania Chutney, Chilli sauce, sprinkle of chilli flakes & sev.
- Garnish with chopped dhania.
- Serve immediately.
- Optional: Sprinkle with pomegranate.
