Golden sesame sliders with a prawn filling you simply can’t resist!

Ingredients – Sliders
- 6 Brioche Sliders
- 2 tblsp. Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup Sesame Seeds
Ingredients – Filling
- 400g Prawns (cooked)
- 1 Spring Onion (finely chopped)
- Handful Coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 tblsp. Chives (finely chopped)
- 2 tblsp. Fried Onion
- 1 tsp. Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp. Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tblsp. Japanese Mayo
Ingredients – Chilli Soy Dipping Sauce
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tblsp. Hot Water
- 2 tblsp. Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Chilli Oil
- ½ tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp. Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. Sesame Seeds
Ingredients – Chilli Soy Dipping Sauce
- 3 tblsp. Japanese Mayo
Method – Buns
- Preheat the oven to 150˚C.
- Place sliders on a baking tray & brush the tops with maple syrup & sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes till golden brown.
Method – Filling
- Chop the cooked prawns & place into a bowl.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients & mix well.
Method – Chilli Soy Dipping Sauce
- Dissolve the sugar in the hot water.
- Add in the balance of the ingredients & stir.
Method – Assembly
- Cut the sliders in half through the top.
- Spread the Japanese Mayonnaise on the insides of the bread.
- Fill with the prawn filling & garnish with spring onion.
- Serve with the dipping sauce.
